Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms Portail is provided by Vazulies LLC. Creating an account or using any part of Portail — including Ratchet, Portail Agents, Portail Canvas, or Portail on Telegram — means you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you disagree, you must stop using the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age, and if you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must also provide accurate registration data and safeguard your credentials, including for any account created or linked through Telegram. You are responsible for all activity under your login.

3. Subscriptions and payments Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Charges follow the plan selected at purchase and may include applicable taxes. Promotional codes are personal, single-use, non-transferable, and may be revoked if abused. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use Do not use Portail to break laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass others, overload model providers, or connect third-party accounts you are not authorized to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Third-party AI providers When you route prompts to third-party models — including through our infrastructure partner OpenRouter — their own policies apply. If you connect personal API keys you must follow each provider's usage terms.

6. Portail Agents and connected accounts Portail Agents can act on your behalf through third-party accounts you choose to connect. You are solely responsible for the actions your agents take, including any you confirm, and for only connecting accounts you are authorized to use. A newly created agent cannot run unattended until you complete its setup and explicitly enable that mode. Agent usage is metered and capped according to your plan.

7. Portail Canvas Portail Canvas generates images across multiple models from a single prompt and is available on paid plans. Generated images may be inaccurate, unsuitable for some uses, or subject to the underlying model providers' own policies. You are responsible for how you use Canvas output, including verifying you have the right to use any resulting images.

8. Scheduled tasks Scheduled tasks run a prompt you wrote on a schedule you chose, while you are not present, and deliver the result to you. If you turn on changes for a task, it can send messages and create, change or delete content in the connected accounts you select, without asking you first. The AI can misunderstand your instruction or be misled by content it reads, such as the text of an email or a web page, and act on it, and some actions, such as a sent email or a deleted calendar event, cannot be undone by Portail. You are responsible for the instructions you give a task and for every action it takes with your accounts, and to the extent permitted by law Portail is not liable for the results of those actions. Changes stay off until you accept these terms in the task's settings, every action is recorded in the task's conversation and at the top of each delivered result, and you can turn changes off or delete the task at any time. Scheduled runs use your plan's credits like any other message.

9. Intellectual property Portail retains all ownership of the platform, branding, and software. You own your content but grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service and, as described in the Privacy Policy, to train and improve our models and features.

10. Disclaimers Portail is offered "as is". AI outputs may be inaccurate or offensive, and we disclaim all warranties allowed by law.

11. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted, Portail's total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination You can cancel anytime in account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal compliance, or breaches of these Terms, and your license ends immediately upon termination.

13. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vazulies LLC is registered, while any mandatory local consumer protections still apply.

15. Changes We may update the Terms to reflect new functionality or regulations. Material changes will be announced, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
