Poe made it normal to have lots of AI models under one login. Portail is built around a different idea: the conversation is the thing you keep, and any model can pick it up where the last one stopped.
On Portail you don't open a chat with a model. You open a chat, then pick who answers each message. Ask GPT for a draft, ask Claude to tighten it, ask Gemini to translate it. Each one sees what came before.
Not sure who to ask? Auto picks a fast model for quick questions and a stronger one for hard tasks. Council sends one message to two to six models and a judge picks the best answer.
Past chatting
Connectors let any model read and act on Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slack, Notion, GitHub and more. Scheduled tasks run a prompt on a timer and deliver the result to Telegram or email. Projects hold instructions and files for longer work.
Questions
How many models does Portail have?
Hundreds, from dozens of labs. Browse them by family on the models page; each family page lists the current lineup with context sizes.
Do plans lock certain models?
No. Every plan, Free included, can use every model. Plans change how many credits you get and unlock extras like file uploads and branching.
Can I create my own bots?
Portail's equivalent is Projects: a set of instructions and files any model uses inside that project. For agents that run on their own, there's Portail Agents.
